From the stars above to the breath in our lungs, everything we see and know exists because of the creative power of God. He is not only the Author of life but the Designer of every detail—both great and small. Scripture reveals that God the Father is the source of all things, and through His Son, Jesus Christ, He brought all creation into existence.
Genesis 1:1 - “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.”
This foundational verse reminds us that everything begins with God. Nature, beauty, and order all point back to a Creator who is intentional, powerful, and loving. From the very first moment of creation, His divine purpose has been at work.
John 1:3 - “All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.”
Through Christ, God brought the world into being. Jesus, the Son of God, was the means through which the Father worked, demonstrating the unity and purpose between Father and Son.
Colossians 1:16 - “For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him”
This verse reaffirms that all of creation exists because of God’s will and design. Everything in the universe - seen and unseen -was created through His divine purpose.
So when life feels uncertain or chaotic, look around. Let creation remind you: God is in control. He made it all, and He holds it all - including you - in His hands.
You were created by God, through Christ, for God, and with purpose. Your life is part of a greater design authored by the One who formed the heavens and the earth.
