Forgiveness is one of the most freeing acts of love we can give—not just to others, but to ourselves. When we forgive, we release the pain and allow God to bring healing.
Ephesians 4:32 - “And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you. ”
We forgive because we have been forgiven much. Holding on to bitterness only binds us, but forgiveness opens the door to freedom and peace.
Matthew 6:14 - “For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.”
Forgiveness isn’t easy, but it’s worth it. God will help you release what you cannot carry alone.
